I look back over my career and recall with gratitude the leaders that invested in me and helped me grow in skill and wisdom in the real estate industry. It has been an honor to serve as an instructor since 2016 for REAP, a Real Estate Associate Program that serves as a bridge between talented minority professionals and commercial real estate companies looking for talent.
